Background and Purpose: The present study investigated the relationship between spiritual experience and its components with resilience in students of Razi University in 2013-2014 year. Materials and Methods: The study is descriptive and co relational. Statistical population included all Razi University students in the year2013-2014. The samples were 200 students who were selected by cluster sampling method. Measurement tools included spiritual experiences questionnaire of Ghobari’s et al (2005) and Conner & Davidson questionnaire (2003), and also demographic information of students. For analysis of data, in addition to descriptive statistics (such as mean & standard deviation…), inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis were used. SPSS-18 software was used. Results: The results showed that the spiritual experiences and its components had significant positive correlation with resilience (P<0.001). Among the components of spiritual experience: finding meaning in life, social-religious activities, and mystical experiences could predict variance of resilience. Conclusion: According to the results, those who had more spiritual experiences and more spiritual, have more endurance against hardships and difficulties of life
