fa بررسی عملکرد پرستاران در کاربرد اصول اخلاقی حین انجام پانسمان بیماران در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان، سال 1396 پرستاری پرستاری پژوهشي - مقاله اصیل Original Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">رعایت اخلاق لازمه مراقبت‌های بالینی است. یکی از مراقبت‌های پرستاری، مراقبت از زخم و انجام پانسمان است. در مراقبت</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">های پرستاری ازجمله پانسمان، علاوه بر رعایت روش صحیح، رعایت اصول اخلاقی نیز ضروری است. بااین‌وجود در نتایج برخی از مطالعات، عملکرد پرستاران در این زمینه رضایت‌بخش نبوده است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین عملکرد پرستاران در کاربرد اصول اخلاقی در پانسمان انجام شد.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">مطالعه حاضر به روش توصیفی-مقطعی از اردیبهشت 1396 تا آذر همان سال روی 200 پرستار بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت آسان بود و داده‌ها از طریق چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شد که شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بررسی عملکرد پرستاران در رعایت اصول اخلاق در پانسمان بود. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون‌های یو من‌ویتنی و همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند و سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">نتایج نشان داد میانگین سنی پرستاران 52/6 </span><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> 87/24 بود. درمجموع 66 درصد از نمونه‌ها مؤنث، 5/61 درصد مجرد و از نظر وضعیت شغلی، 75 درصد از مشمولین طرح نیروی انسانی بودند. میانگین نمره کسب‌شده از چک‌لیست با دامنه نمره 0 تا 30 برابر 11/4 </span><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> 63/20 بود. 57 درصد از عملکرد پرستاران در کاربرد اصول اخلاقی حین پانسمان بیماران در سطح خوب قرار داشت. از بین متغیرهای زمینه‌ای، وضعیت تأهل و وضعیت شغلی با نمره کل رابطه معنی‌داری نشان ‌داد (05/0</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">)، به‌طوری‌که</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> میانگین نمره پرستاران متأهل و مشمولین طرح نیروی انسانی از دیگر پرستاران بیشتر بود</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;">استنتاج:</span></span></strong> <a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">نتایج حاکی از آن بود که تنها نیمی از پرستاران عملکرد خوبی داشته‌اند و میانگین نمره آن‌ها در سطح متوسط قرار داشته است. ازاین‌رو پیشنهاد می‌شود </span></a><span style="font-family:B Zar;">مسئولان برنامه‌ریزی و اقدامات لازم را برای شناسایی علل و عوامل بروز کاستی‌ها انجام دهند و خط‌مشی‌های مربوط به این موارد را در نظر بگیرند.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></strong> <strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Adherence to ethics is essential for clinical care. One of the nursing cares is wound care and dressing. Nurses should perform dressing by the adoption of the correct technique, along with the observation of ethical principles. However, some previous studies have shown that the performance of some nurses in this regard was not satisfactory. Therefore, due to the importance of this issue, this study aimed to determine the performance of nurses in adherence to ethical principles in dressing.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 200 nurses of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Kashan, Iran, during 8 months in 2016 using convenience sampling. The data were collected using a researcher-made checklist comprising demographic information and performance of nurses in adherence to ethical principles in dressing. The data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and Pearson correlation. A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean age of the nurses was 24.87&plusmn;6.52 years, and 66% of the study subjects were female. In addition, 61.5% of the participants were single and 75% of them served Manpower Planning. The obtained mean score of the questionnaire within the range of 0-30 was reported as 20.63&plusmn;4.11. Furthermore, 57% of the nurses applied ethical principles well while dressing patients. Among the underlying variables, there was a significant relationship between marital status and occupational status with the total score (P<0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that only half of the nurses performed well and their mean score was at a moderate level.
