fa تحلیل علمی راهبردهای حدیثی در مورد بهداشت مو و مراقبت از آن Scientific Analysis of Islamic Hadith on Hair Health and its Care اخلاق پزشکی medical Ethics پژوهشي - مقاله اصیل Original Research یکی از آموزه‌های طبی در متون اسلامی، رهنمودهای مراقبتی و بهداشتی در مورد موی سر است. محدثان و فقیهان در آثار خود فصولی را به مسائل مربوط به پوست و مو اختصاص داده و به راه‌های درمان آن اشاره نموده‌اند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر به شش راهبرد مهم در گستره مراقبت از پوست و مو دست یافت که از اهمیت بالایی در بهداشت و سلامت مو برخوردار می‌باشند. پژوهش تحلیلی- اسنادی و مفهومی حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد رهنمودهای مراقبت از بهداشت و سلامت موی سر و استنباط راهبردهای اسلامی در این گستره با تأکید بر آموزه‌های روایی طبی و نیز تقارن و تطبیق با داده‌های علوم پزشکی انجام شد. در این راستا، ابتدا با مراجعه به کتب حدیث معتبر مانند "الکافی، وسائل الشیعه و مستدرک الوسائل" احادیث مربوط به مراقبت از موی سر استخراج شدند. در ادامه پس از حذف روایات ضعیف و کشف روایات صحیح و موثق، ابعاد و محورهای مراقبت از بهداشت و سلامت مو مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های پژوهشی احادیث طبی نشان می‌دهند که بین محورهای بهداشتی در آداب مراقبت از موی سر همچون نظافت، استحمام، آراستن، کوتاه‌ نگه‌داشتن، شانه‌زدن و فرق‌گرفتن با جهت‌گیری سلامت جسمی و مداخلات معنوی همبستگی و ارتباط وجود دارد؛ از این رو استفاده از راهبردهای اسلامی مراقبتی می‌تواند در درمان‌های مرتبط با پوست و مو و در نتیجه کاهش هزینه‌های دارو و درمان و ارتقای سلامت اثرگذار باشد. One of the medical teachings in Islamic texts is hair care guide. The Islamic scholars and jurisprudents devoted some chapters of their books to the hair and skin disorders followed by treatments. This study presents six important strategies which are of significant importance concerning skin and hair care. The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions of hair care guidelines and interpretation of Islamic strategies in this regard with an emphasis on medical narrative and concurrent adaption to medical sciences. The present study was conducted base on a documentary and conceptual analysis design. In this regard, hadiths concerning hair care were extracted from authentic books of hadith, such as al-Kafi, Wasa'il-al-Shi'a, Mustadrak al- Wasa'il. Subsequently, weak narratives and reliable narrations were eliminated and identified, respectively. To this end, the dimensions and different aspects of health care were analyzed. According to the results obtained from findings on medical hadiths, there are correlations between different aspects of hair care, such as cleaning, taking showers, dressing, shortening the hair, and brushing and general health direction and spiritual interventions.
