fa رویکرد توحیدی پیامبر اسلام (ص) به بیماری اخلاق پزشکی medical Ethics پژوهشي - مقاله اصیل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal; text-indent: 14.2pt;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ansi-font-weight:="" mso-bidi-font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-weight:="" style="font-family: ">پژوهش حاضر با تحلیل نگرش توحیدی پیامبر اکرم (ص) به ماهیت بیماری در انسان، مبانی و مؤلفه‌های این نگرش و آثار آن در روح و روان بیمار و فرایند درمان را تبیین کرده است. در حقیقت، هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگویی معنوی برای ارتقای معنوی بیماران و استفاده بهینه از فرصت بیماری و نیز کمک‌کردن به فرایند درمان می‌باشد. باید خاطرنشان ساخت که این پژوهش به‌صورت تحلیلی</span><span lang="AR-SA" new="" style="mso-ansi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-family: " times=""><font face="Times New Roman">&ndash;</font></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ansi-font-weight:="" mso-bidi-font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-weight:="" style="font-family: "> اسنادی انجام شده است. </span></font></font></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal; text-indent: 14.2pt;"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ansi-font-weight:="" mso-bidi-font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-weight:="" style="font-family: "><font color="#000000" size="3">یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان دادند که پیامبر اکرم (ص) بیماری را مستند به اراده الهی دانسته و اهداف آن را تطهیر انسان و رشد او در اثر توجه به ناپایداری دنیا و ره‌توشه‌گرفتن برای سرای ابدی معرفی نموده است. مؤمنان درد بیماری را با امید به ثواب الهی و آثار دنیوی، معنوی و اخروی آن بهتر تحمل می‌کنند و در نهایت همچون غیرمؤمنان یا بهبود خواهند یافت (با این تفاوت که با طهارت و رغبت بیشتری به کسب معنویات به زندگی بازمی‌گردند) و یا از دنیا می‌روند؛ اما به سوی رحمت الهی. البته مطابق با روایات نبوی، هیچ مؤمنی نباید خود طلب بیماری کند؛ بلکه وظیفه دارد برای درمان بیماری خود تلاش‌های لازم را انجام دهد و در صورت بیمارشدن از این نگرش استفاده کند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند در راستای رشد معنوی در استفاده از فرصت بیماری به کار رود و از سوی دیگر در بهبود بیماری و یا تسکین آلام بیمار مؤثر واقع شود.</font></span></p> <pre> This research was targeted toward the analysis of the monotheistic approach of Prophet Mohammad to the nature of illness in order to define the basics and principles of this approach and its effects on patient&rsquo;s psych and therapeutic process. This paper aims to present a pattern for the promotion of patients&rsquo; spirituality and utilization of the illness as an optimal opportunity to help the therapeutic process. This is a concept analysis. The results of this study showed that the Prophet Mohammad had adopted a monotheistic approach to the illness that is attributable to the will of Allah. Allah<em> causes the diseases </em>to purify and promote human beings. The illness draws human attention to the instability of the world and causes human beings to do good deeds in the worldly life in order to earn reward in the hereafter. Therefore, the believers tolerate the illness with the hope of Allah&rsquo;s reward. Finally, the believers become different from the unbelievers in two aspects: (a) the believers recover from the disease and gain greater faith and purity than unbelievers and (b) they do not recover and die like the unbelievers. However, the believers receive the divine blessings. As stated in the prophetic narrations, the believers must not ask for the disease from Allah, but they should try to recover from the disease. If they get sick, they should follow the above-mentioned approach.
