The present library research described and analyzed legal jurisprudence propositions and demonstrated that due to the novelty of the subject of the wife&#39;s cosmetic surgery in jurisprudence and law, there is no explicit text on the husband&#39;s permission or lack of permission. Therefore, this topic can be explored in jurisprudence and law under the title of the husband&#39;s authority over the wife. It seems that the husband&#39;s permission is not an absolute condition for performing cosmetic surgery; instead, the husband&#39;s permission is a criterion to the extent that it does not conflict with conjugal rights (right to enjoyment).
