fa بررسی مبانی اخلاق پزشکی ابوبکر رازی و قطب الدین شیرازی Examining the principles of medical ethics of Abu Bakr Razi and Qutbuddin Shirazi تاریخ علوم پزشکی History of Medical Sciences پژوهشي - مقاله اصیل Original Research <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: اخلاق پزشکی مقوله‌ای است که موضوع آن بررسی مجموعه‌ی آداب و رفتاری است که صاحبان مشاغل پزشکی باید رعایت کنند. پیشرفت دانش پزشکی و روش‌های نوین تحقیقات زیست‌شناختی، تعارضات اخلاقی مختلفی را به وجود آورده که ضرورت توجه به اخلاق پزشکی را ایجاب کرده است. اخلاق پزشکی در ایران و تمدن اسلامی سابقه‌ی دیرینه‌ای دارد. در دوران تمدن اسلامی، زکریای رازی و قطب‌الدین شیرازی، دو تن از دانشمندان بزرگ جهان اسلام، به مباحث مهمی در مورد اخلاق پزشکی اشاره کردند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی مبانی اخلاق پزشکی رازی و قطب‌الدین شیرازی است. مواد و روش ها: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی‌تحلیلی مبتنی بر گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه‌ی کتابخانه‌ای است. یافته ها: به‌طور کلی، رازی به عقلگرا  و قطب‌الدین شیرازی به  شریعت‌گرا و خدامحور بودن شهرت داشته‌اند. در مبحث اخلاق پزشکی، رازی به مباحث ارتباط پزشک و بیمار، ارتباط بین بیمار و پزشک، صلاحیت علمی و عملی پزشک، رازداری پزشک و اعتقادات بیمار توجه کرده و قطب‌الدین شیرازی بایسته‌های اخلاقی طبیب را در ده اصل بیان کرده است. استنتاج: بررسی دیدگاه‌های رازی و علامه قطب‌الدین شیرازی در زمینه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی از منظر طب سنتی ایران نشان&lrm;دهنده‌ی این است که رازی و قطب‌الدین شیرازی همانند بسیاری از پزشکان مقیّد به اصول اخلاقی در رابطه‌ی بین پزشک و بیمار، رعایت اصول اخلاقی را از ملزومات حرفه‌ای می‌دانسته‌اند و در حیطه‌های مختلفی مانند صلاحیت‌های رفتاری وهمچنین مسائل تخصصی درمانی به مسئله‌ی اخلاق پزشکی توجه داشته‌اند.</h3> Background and Purpose: Medical ethics is a field focused on studying the code of conduct and principles that healthcare practitioners are required to adhere to. The progress of medical knowledge and new methods of biological research have created various ethical conflicts, which necessitate the need to pay attention to medical ethics. Medical ethics in Iran and Islamic civilization have a long history. In the era of Islamic civilization, Rhazes and Qutb al-Din Shirazi, two of the greatest scientists of the Islamic world, pointed out important issues about medical ethics. The purpose of this research is to examine the basics of Rhazes and Qutb al-Din Shirazi's medical ethics. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted based on a descriptive-analytical approach using library research to collect information from historical sources and texts. Results: In general, Rhazes was known for being a rationalist and Qutb al-Din Shirazi for being a Shariatist and having a God-oriented manner. The results show that Rhazes has paid attention to the topics of physician-patient communication, physician's scientific and practical competence, physician's confidentiality, and patient's beliefs. Qutb al-Din Shirazi has stated the moral requirements of a physician in ten principles.
