fa الزام به واکسیناسیون در گستره قواعد فقهی شیعه فقه و حقوق اسلامی Islamic Feqh & Law پژوهشي تحلیل محتوا Content analysis <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با شیوع ویروس همه&shy;گیر کرونا، مباحث مختلفی درباره واکسیناسیون به&shy;عنوان یکی از راه&shy;های پیشگیری از ابتلا به آن مطرح شد. یکی از این مباحث، الزام به واکسیناسیون سراسری مردم بود که بحث&shy;های فقهی، حقوقی و اخلاقی فراوانی را در پی داشته است. هدف این مقاله بررسی این موضوع در گستره قواعد فقهی شیعه است. &nbsp;این پژوهش باهدف توصیف و تحلیل دیدگاه‌ها و ادله آن‌ها و با فن جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای صورت‌گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">قواعد مخالف با الزام به واکسیناسیون شامل قواعد اکراه، وجوب دفع ضرر محتمل، احتیاط، احترام، نفی عسروحرج، سلطنت و اصل عدم ولایت و قواعد موافق با الزام به واکسیناسیون، شامل اصل مصلحت عموم، وجوب دفع ضرر محتمل، اصل تقدم حق حیات و قاعده حفظ نظام و منع اختلال در آن هستند. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ادله موافق در خصوص ملاحظات الزام به واکسیناسیون معقول&shy;تر و قوی&shy;تر هستند و نگاه جامع&shy;تری به مسئله دارند و مانع قانونی یا شرعی نیز ندارند.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">With the spread of coronavirus and causing a global pandemic within a short period, various topics were raised about vaccination as one of the ways to prevent it. One of these topics was the requirement for vaccination, which has resulted in many Islamic jurisprudential, legal, and ethical discussions.
