fa استنادات دینی در تبیین اخلاق و مفاهیم پزشکی و رعایت حقوق بیماران در فرهنگ‌نامه پزشکی «"کتاب الماء» Religious Citations in Explaining Ethics, Medical Concepts, and Observance of the Rights of the Patients in the Medical Dictionary "Kitab al-Ma' علوم قرآن و حدیث Sciences of Quran & Hadith پژوهشي - مقاله اصیل Original Research با مطالعه «کتاب الماء» اثر ماندگار ابوعبدالله محمد ازدی، درمی‌یابیم که این رساله فاخر، صرفا فرهنگ‌نامه‌ای پزشکی، مبتنی بر تجویزات طبی و مداوای بیماری‌های جسمی و روحی نیست؛ بلکه نگارنده‌ی حاذق آن، درجایگاه فقیهی متبحر، محدثی متکلم، متخلق و مدافع حقوق بیمار، مجموعه فوایدی را خلق نموده که آکنده از علم‌افزایی است و در عین برخورداری کامل از دانش طبی روزگار خویش، استناداتی به آیات و احادیث برای فهم شایسته احکام پزشکی ارائه کرده است. این مطالعه بر آن است تا به‌عنوان نمونه، بخش‌های منتخبی از استنادات قرآنی، حدیثی و توصیه‌های بصیرت‌زای اخلاقی و حقوق بیماران را در این کتاب بیان کرده و با تحلیل و واکاوی برخی مضامین آن، ترکیبی از علم طبابت و آموزه‌های دینی را از دانشمندی فقیه و پارسا به نمایش بگذارد. این پژوهش یک مطالعه‌ی تحلیل محتوا است که در آن مطالب «کتاب الماء» موردمطالعه و جستجو قرار گرفته است. استنادات به قرآن و حدیث استخراج و تحلیل گردید. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد ابوعبدالله محمد ازدی در مقام یکی از بارزترین اطبای زمان خود، احاطه کاملی بر آیات و روایات داشته و به نحو شایسته‌ای از آن‌ها به‌عنوان مؤید استنباطات طبی خود بهره جسته است. همواره بر رعایت اخلاق پزشکی و حقوق بیماران اصرار ورزیده است. By studying "Kitab al-Ma'a" the enduring work by Abu Abdullah Muhammad Azdi, we find that this treatise is not just a medical encyclopedia based on medical prescriptions and the treatment of physical and mental diseases; rather, its admirable author, sometimes in the guise of a well-versed jurist, and a scholar of hadith, and a defender of the rights of the patient, created a work with  accumulated knowledge.Altough his work contains latest medical knowledge but he has provided medical references to verses and hadiths for better understanding. The current study aims to present some examples of  references to Quranic verses and hadiths, and  some insightful ethical and legal advices about patients rights in the work of this distinguished physician.The analysis of those advices  shows a combination of medical sciences and religious teachings in his work as a jurist and pious scholar. This research is a content analysis study in which the contents of "Kitab al-Ma'a" were studied and searched, and references to Quran and Hadith were extracted and analyzed.
