    Cupping is a traditional medical treatment for the balance of the organism systems. Using of different methods of Cupping therapy for thousands years is root in science, culture and religion in different countries. Continuing to use of this approach rely on past experience and advice of religious leaders. The main aim of this review is to evaluate the role of cupping on immune system .

  This is a review and conceptual analysis is used. Data collection was done by search in scientific and religious resources and databases using suit keywords such as: Cupping, immune system, religious teachings. Then, data were analyzed and classified. In recent years, the clinical importance of cupping therapy in personal hygiene and health has been considered more than later. Studies show that cupping as a non-chemical and traditional medicine, has an undeniable role in regulating the immune system, controlling the inflammatory process, and affecting the function of inflammatory cells.

  According to the studies mentioned, cupping can be considered as a regulating factor in innate and acquired immune responses, but more empirical evidence is needed to clarify the precise effect of Cupping on immune system.
